October fun

October is here, the nights are drawing in and that means it’s the perfect time of year to go to a hot sweaty rock and roll shindig and drink beer. You could say the time of year doesn’t matter but we’re providing you with a ready made excuse. At the end of this month we’re headlining oce more at the Victoria in Birmingham.

Get yourselves down to the Victoria, John Bright Street on 30th October for some great musical action, doors open around  8ish!

Radio time!

The interview we did at our last gig with Gabbie Cabbie from the Biscuit Boys got aired on SRBradio this evening, we threw some links out on facebook so hopefully you guys will have been able to check it out! If not, fear not! There will be a ‘listen again’ link following very soon!

Thanks to everyone who grabbed a cd too, if you wanted to wait because you didn’t want to be carrying it around with you when you continued drinking then you can still get one here!

It’s oh so quiet

Hi all,

We’ve been extremely quiet recently, so much so that I was starting to worry that people might think that we’d turned into pillars of salt, disappeared in the Bermuda Triangle or vanished with a Mike-TV miniaturising-flash into Dahl-ian musical oblivion.

None of these things are true.

You can rest easy now.

In truth, we’ve been working really hard on non-musical things like artwork, cd covers, track listings and other such important but not particularly flashy items, whilst rehearsing for the EP launch at the end of this month. The result of all this hard work is that; the EP is ready to launch online and will be available from 31st Oct from Amazon, GooglePlay, iTunes, Spotify etc..; The CD artwork has been completed and has been sent to the folk at our CD producers..; We’re sounding as tight as a tight thing and are literally going to remove socks from your feet on the 31st.

So, to conclude, we’ve been on it. We’ve really, really been on it. You should make all this graft worthwhile by joining us at the Victoria for what promises to be a truly fantastic night. Stick around after the show, grab a CD, have a dance and generally make merry with us well into the night.

See you there.

Well, wow. That’s it really. Just, wow.

Last night was incredible. We had such a good time at the Victoria; you guys who came along ruled – it was great to see people dancing and singing along. The other bands; Salute Something, The Strangest Feeling and Paul Beaumont were all brilliant – big thanks to all of you!! Those who stayed around afterwards will have got to see the rhythmical shakings and groovings of Daz and Andy… something that, if you missed that part, you’ll have to stay around for next time!

Thanks again guys! Keep your ears open for exciting news coming soon!
